There are two types of mix packages we offer depending on the arrangement and track count.
- Mix Pro Package
- Mix Lite Package
MIX PRO PACKAGE:
Projects with more than 12 tracks or over 30 minutes long require the mix pro package. Instrumentals with tracks/stems and vocals usually fit under this package. Please do not group tracks to minimize your track count as it will greatly affect the mix. Some group stems/tracks will not be accepted.
MIX LITE PACKAGE
Projects under 12 tracks and 30 minutes require the mix lite package. 2-track instruments and vocals usually fit under this package. It is always recommended to have the instrumental track/stems but is understandable if that is unobtainable.
Your mix will be delivered the same day of the scheduled session. You will only receive the final 2-track mix of your song or audio project. If you are looking for any alternative bounces like performance tracks, vocal bounces or group stems require an additional fee of $25 each. Any additional work after the final delivery will require you to book an hourly session to complete your mix.
All recording sessions must be booked 24 hours in advance and are active for one year. Please check the schedule for availability. The cost of the recording session includes a staff engineer. Our engineers are highly trained in the field of audio and recording. Our only desire is to help you achieve a professional sound on your terms. You may bring an external audio engineer to operate your session if you desire.
If you are having trouble with our availability please contact us directly.
The hourly minimum for recording is 3 hours. For sessions over 6 hours, at least one 15 minute break is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED but not required.
All edits, arrangement, production, exports and tuning music be done during the recording session. Additional time must be paid for immediately after your scheduled session. To avoid confusion, include your session details and expected exports in the notes during the booking fprocess.
ENGINEERING & OPERATIONS
We use Wavelab Pro for mastering and Pro Tools for recording and mixing. All music production is done in Ableton Live. Recording sections are exclusively operated in Pro Tools unless an external engineer is conducting the session.
An assistant engineer will be assigned to your session if you desire to bring your own engineer.
Guess engineers DO NOT have the permission to modify any current audio setup. You may add to the audio chain from the patchbay. Please contact [email protected] if you plan on adding processors to the audio chain.
